CBSE CLUSTER VI VOLLEY BALL TOURNAMENT FOR BOYS AND GIRLS-2017

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PARTICIPATING SCHOOLS

1. Each participating School shall register 12 players, (maximum) one coach and one team manager for the tournament.
2. The players should carry the student ID card issued by the Organizing School throughout the tournament.
A player shall be under 17 & 19 years of age on 31 Dec 2017.
a. Under 17 years: Born on or after 01.01.2001.
b. Under 19 years: Born on or after 01.01.1999.

3. School should bring their School Flag to participate in the march past and other occasions.
4. All the players will be given participation certificate.
5. Every player is expected to maintain proper discipline in the school campus during his/her stay for the tournament.
6. Any damage done to the properties of the organizing school during the stay by any player shall have to be compensated by the respective team manager/ coach.
7. All the participating teams shall remit a refundable caution deposit of Rs 2000/- at the time of reporting and it will be refunded after necessary clearance by the organizing committee.
8. Charges for food and accommodation will be Rs .350/- per head per day, which is payable for both the days at the time of reporting. This includes mess arrangement for Boys  from dinner on 21.09.2017  till evening tea on 23.09.2017  and for Girls from dinner on 28.09.2017  till evening tea on 30.09.2017.

(28.09 .2017 –Dinner: 29.09.2017- Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner; 30.09.2017- Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner – for Girls)
9. All the teams have to vacate the premises latest by 7.00p. m. on 23.09.2017 for Boys & Girls on 30.09.2017.
10. No team shall be accompanied by more than two officials.
11. The officials accompanying the teams should have a valid ID card issued by the representing school.
12. Non- designated persons will not be entertained for any reason at the venue and will not be permitted to stay in the premises.
13. The school, withdrawing from the tournament without prior written intimation, will pay a penalty of Rs.1000/-.
14. The player’s right to participate forfeits if fails to produce the papers supporting the eligibility in original, on demand.
15. Team, which involves in indiscipline activities, as decided by the organizing committee, will be disqualified and vacated from the venue.
16. Team members and managers/coaches shall not be permitted to go out or either the campus after 9.00 p.m. till 23.09.2017 for Boys, and till 30.09.2017for Girls for security reasons.

  • The documents for verification in original if asked for.
  • The team photo with school Principal countersigned along with the entry Performa, countersigned by the concerned Principal.
  • Bonafide certificate for the team players issued by the principal of the school.
  • To provide CBSE registration number for student/player studying in class IX and above.
  • To supply the eligibility Performa filled-in online, countersigned by the concerned Principal.
  • School flag for opening and closing ceremonies.
  • 2 passport size photographs of the participants.
  • Copy of the online registration duly attested by the principal of the school.
  • Individual Unique Id card of the participants downloaded from CBSE sports website with principal’s signature and seal.
